How Splitero's agreement works

Splitero offers $50,000 to $600,000 in exchange for a share of your home's future appreciation.

It shares depreciation too, and an annual cap limits costs in a fast market, though Splitero doesn't publish the share percentage or the cap level.

You need at least 30% equity. Credit scores from 500 are accepted, and the term runs up to 30 years.

Fees include an origination fee with a $1,500 minimum, plus escrow, title, appraisal, and closing costs.

What Splitero costs

Splitero doesn't publish its share percentage or cap level, so we can't estimate its cost from public information.
